When you apply for and receive a loan from us:

• Late payment fees may apply for missed or delayed payments
• Collateral may be required for certain loan types
• We reserve the right to report payment history to credit bureaus

We may charge fees for certain services, including but not limited to account maintenance, transactions, loan processing, and late payments. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed to you. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with reasonable notice.

7. Transactions and Payments

All transactions are subject to the following:

• Transactions must be authorized by the account holder
• We may verify the authenticity of transactions for security purposes
• Transaction reversals may be subject to fees and processing time
• We are not responsible for errors in transactions caused by incorrect information provided by you
• Electronic payments are processed according to banking system schedules

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to us in the six months preceding the claim.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Ghana. The arbitration shall take place in Accra, Ghana, and the decision shall be final and binding.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

16. Severability
